  • 偶發

    「歡喜就作，不歡喜就別作」，這句台語，應該只是「一時」情緒上的表現，又或著是無關人士的閒言閒語，話說我以前不管是對自己或著是對別人，也常說這句台詞。
然而不知何時開始，對於工作也是保著這態度，呵......!!!快到而立才發現我錯的多麼離譜!
      我常跟一位朋友討論，為何現在的員工如此薄情、寡義、沒有上進心、沒有責任心、沒有學習能力、沒有天天向上的心態
      「喲!今天業績如何?」
